How-to guide: Upgrading your account

We have several plans that can accommodate different needs: monthly, yearly and even a lifetime plan. Here's how to pick one and pay via Stripe — usually two minutes from start to finish.

Available plans

We have several plans that can accommodate different needs: monthly, yearly, and even a lifetime plan. Each tier unlocks higher quotas (URLs, clicks, branded domains, team members) and additional features (bulk operations, custom CSS, custom splash, premium aliases, etc.). The current pricing and what's included on each tier live on the Pricing page.

Select your plan and click Upgrade

Select the plan you wish to subscribe to and click on the Upgrade button on its card. You can do this from the Pricing page on the marketing site or from Billing  ›  Plans inside your dashboard — both lead to the same flow.

Have questions before subscribing?

If you have any questions prior to your subscription or about your subscription, you will find a Frequently Asked Questions section below the upgrade buttons. Common questions about billing cycles, downgrades, refunds, prorating, and quotas are answered there. If your question isn't covered, contact us via the Contact page before paying — we can usually clarify within a business day.

Payment via Stripe

Once you've selected the plan you want, you will be taken to the payment form. We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and handles the card data directly — your card details never touch our servers. The form supports credit and debit cards from every major network plus regional methods where Stripe enables them.

Receipt and billing history

Once your payment has gone through, you'll receive a receipt from Stripe at the email on your account. You can also see your billing and invoices information in your dashboard, under the Billing menu — every charge, every renewal, every downloadable invoice (PDF) is there.

You're set

Now you're set to use the plan selected and get your account upgrade. The new quotas and features become active on your account immediately — you don't have to log out and back in. Welcome to the upgraded plan!
